Congratulations to all, and especially to you, Irene!
Congratulations Irene!
Wow, 5 awards for Giancola. I wonder if he’ll now remove his name from future awards, as he & Martiniere did for the Hugo.
Yep–this was a banner year for Tor-related people. Congratulations! (There really *should* be a celebration, shouldn’t there?)…
Congrats Irene!
You rock, Irene! And, uh, everyone else. But really, you. just. rock.
Thank you, all. And a big thanks to all the artist that do the heavy lifting.
Congrats to ALL the nominees. I’ve been to every Chesley ceremony, except this one, for the past bunch of years. Each time I come away thinking the nominees, never mind just the winners, would make for an awesome art book.
You’ve been to every C. ceremony but *this* one where you win? (No, wait. You win *every* year, don’t you?) A big, hugely deserved congrats.
It would be fun to have books of the nominees. Beyond just the one retrospective volume that’s out of the winners…
Congratulations for your amazing hard work.
And very classily related, I might add. There is a lot to be said for people who can quite legitimately toot their own horns but choose instead to use a plunger mute a la Cootie Williams. I wish there were more like you in the world, and especially in publishing.
Thanks, rogerothornhill. Now I’m blushing.
And, after rereading my comment, I think anyone that could translate it into english deserves an award. yikes! I’m a bad speller and a bad typist — a killer combo.
