He begins with a sphere (forged in an earlier video, which you can also watch) and he and an assistant painstakingly hammer out each of the twenty sides. You can watch the whole process below!

I didn’t know you could make dice this way. I’ve seen metal dice that were milled, but this is pure awesome.
Very cool. I wonder if it tests out as “fair”.
I also hope nobody uses it on the dining room table.
@2 – I was also thinking that there’s no way that die rolls fair. Unless they painstakingly measured/testing as they hammered it as well.
Still pretty nifty though.
