Canon is currently running a film competition called Project Imaginat10n. Attempting to prove Ron Howard’s insistence that “we’re all creative,” Canon invited people to submit their photos and selected themes from them, then invited 5 celebrity directors to pick 10 photos from the various themes and create short films from them. One of these films was directed by Georgina Chapman and written by Neil Gaiman, titled “A Dream of Flying.”
You can watch the film on the Canon website and see the pictures that Chapman picked for inspiration there as well. There are many other beautiful projects, so be sure to check out more!
I always wanted to use this title too, but figured it was taken. Of course, if anyone can steal from Alan Moore, I suppose it’s Neil Gaiman.
